1. Subscription Plans

QrHubMenu offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans include a 30-day free trial period. No payment is required during the trial period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded and your data will be retained for 90 days.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Refund requests after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Custom enterprise plans and add-on services may have separate cancellation and refund terms as specified in their respective agreements.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through iyzico. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Troy. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
